Your username and password is your key to activate your ClickView Home account. Here’s how to get started:
Open ClickView Library Server. In the tools menu, choose ClickView Home Manager. The first screen is where you enter your username and password.
Click ‘Connect’. ClickView Home Manager will verify your username and password and give you access to the further controls available in the ClickView Home Manager (video sync and security).
This is the only place you will need to enter your username and password.
After you have "connected", you can control Video Synchronisation from any ClickView Library Manager on your network.
Note: security settings and the synchronisation schedule can only be changed on the ClicKView Library Server computer.

If you have used up all the ClickView Home viewing hours you purchased, you can purchase more to ‘top up’ your viewing hours for the remainder of your subscription period.
Viewing hours are sold in blocks of 2500 hours which costs
£200
. Viewing hours purchased do not expire like the subscription, so you can 'carry over' any hours you have left over into the next subscription period.
Example: You purchase a ClicKView Home Subscription and a block of 2500 viewing hours. 10 months into the yearly subscription, you find you have used up all the viewing hours. Consequently, you can purchase another block of 2500 viewing hours. When your subscription is renewed 2 months later, any hours not yet used will still be available.

You shouldn’t normally have to store your username and password because when you enter these details into the ClickView Home Manager, this is stored in perpetuity.
In the case that you do need to re-enter your username and password, but have misplaced it, please contact ClickView and we will email it to you instantly.
