- Have you installed the Microsoft Silverlight Plug In?
NOTE: You must be signed into your computer as an administrator to install the Microsoft Silverlight plug in.
- If you see this message:
“You are not authorised to view the current video”
You been prevented from watching this ClickView Home video via the ClickView Home Manager Security Settings. Please contact your system administrator to resolve this issue.
- Check your firewall settings – make sure the Microsoft Silverlight plug in is not being blocked.
- Check your antivirus settings – make sure it is not blocking the ClickView Home files or stoping JavaScript from running.
- Reset your internet settings as follows:
- Open your internet browser
- Select Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Navigate to the Privacy tab, set it to Medium
- Click the Default button

You can only enter your username and password by accessing the ClickView Home Manager from you ClickView Libray Server PC.
Once you have successfully entered your username and password, you can control Video Synchronisation for any ClickView Library Manager on your network.

To renew your ClickView Home subscription, please contact ClickView.
If you have used up all the ClickView Home viewing hours you purchased, you can purchase more to ‘top up’ your viewing hours for the remainder of your subscription period. Also contact ClickView to arrange this.
